I've been in the CRM space for some time now and Karma has to be one of the most forward thinking intuitive applications thus far.  Ruby on Rails platform makes it a shoe in for Social web 2.0 integration.  I've been testing the application for the past 2 months and I'm totally addicted to its easy UI and robust functionalities.  The new Alpha version release a few weeks ago added contacts information within the pipeline chart..talk about AWESOME feature!  Kudos to the Karma team -
