The foundation for our solution is the first and only knowledge base using patent-pending technology that includes the metrics and processes required to consistently motivate internal and external community members to create new AND improve existing KB content.

Fuze is  run by engineers rather than sales and marketing and we hate marketing hype as much as you do.  We are looking for long term partnerships with customers and we will be the first to tell you when we think another vendor may better meet your needs.
